To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements stated above. If your item meets these requirements, we will issue your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
