Shoot Day
On every Virtuals1 shoot, I capture 3-5 extra vertical clips in parallel. drone takeoff, walk-throughs, detail shots. Zero extra time on site.
STEP 02
Weekly Cut
One day a week: edit, caption, and schedule 3 weeks ahead. Reels are graded to match the Virtuals1 cinematic standard.
STEP 03
Distribute
Cross-post to IG, TikTok, and Facebook. Tag the listing agent, brokerage, neighborhood. Every post is an agent-facing business card.
STEP 04
Respond + Report
Comments managed. DMs automated via ManyChat. Monthly report with what worked, what didn't, what we change next.
